Fall exhibits up a bit of late in our space, however makes up for it by lasting longer, typically even into January. So it was extra summer-like right here in September and early October, however now it’s actually beginning to really feel like autumn, a pleasant time to be outdoor.
We did a protracted group journey to the hills East of Gilroy with my group on Tuesday, then the following day I did a protracted journey out and again on the Coyote Creek path northwest of Morgan Hill, in addition to doing my higher physique energy exercises. These are all staying inside my protected depth limits for my leaky coronary heart valve, and felt positive. Yesterday was a restoration day so I simply did a brief ramble round city for an hour.
