The boys had an exquisite time, and we balanced artwork + mountain climbing with a number of enjoyable.
Paint It Orange
We drove down on Friday in time for the opening reception of the ninth annual Paint It Orange Plein Air Paint-Out. Artists from throughout North Carolina have a 3 day window to color an outside scene in Hillsborough, they usually have been all on show within the Tom Stevens Gallery.

Occoneechee Speedway

Cozy Dinner
For dinner I made a glammed up model of spaghetti eggplant, peppers, and kale from the farmer’s market. I roasted the eggplant and peppers first, and it turned out nice!

Espresso hike to Steve’s Marketplace for an Ethiopian mix! (Possibly I want a brand new Yeti cup!?)
